Floor Repairs I Types Of Floors

Not all floor issues are resolvable or easily resolvable. But the first step is to contact us to have your floors assessed. Our company will be happy to provide you with a free no obligation estimate for:

Wood Floors I Alex Property Services can help you to resolve squeaky wood floors, expanded wooden floors, damaged wooden floors, oiled floors that were not refreshed (we can help with the refreshing of the floor and with the refinishing of the floor if the floor is too damaged), we can help with most types of stains and chemical burns, we can replace damaged hardwood floors and we can recoat floors where needed or is necessary.
2. Natural Stone Floors I We can assess your natural stone floors and if there is no way to repair the damage, we can quote for full replacement of the affected area. We can also repair cracks, sort out stains and deal with regrouting. 
3. Artificial Stone Floors I We can assess your floor and identify the issue. A cracked porcelain or ceramic floor can mean a poor installation or a more serious issue where the base of the floor is moving. Either way, after the initial assessment, we will be able to recommend a tile replacement or a bigger job that could require some structural work. 
4. Plastic Floors (Amtico, Lino, Vinyl, Marmoleu, Kaedean, Altro) I Most plastic floors are likely to require some level of touching up once in a while. In the case of all plastic based floors we can just replace the affected area with the same type or similar type of floor. The price will be calculated based on the type of work, the condition and the amount of work required.

Carpeted Floors I While the carpets are designed to take a lot of traffic and to stay in good shape for as long as possible, from time to time some areas are likely to get dirty, burned, cut or damaged in some way.
