There are no standard prices for bathroom renovation services or bathroom refurbishment. The prices can start from 2000 euro and go up to 30k for large bathrooms fitted with the fanciest natural stone tiles and luxury fittings. But the good thing is that we will work with you and based on your requirements we can create a package deal to include all the materials & fittings needed, whatever tiles you need, whatever taps, whatever extra accessories, towel drying heaters, etc. As you must be aware the final price will always depend on the quality of the materials used and the amount of additional fittings required. 

Bathroom Renovation I Materials

Alex Property Services can provide a free no obligation estimate for all kinds of bathroom renovation projects. We can provide all the materials needed or we can work with materials provided by the customer. The customer has to make sure that all the materials provided are exactly what they want because after the installation process removing it will incur extra charges. If you are happy for us to provide all the materials needed, then we will show you samples and we will provide you with our supplier details to be able to see the tiles I taps I heaters installed in a showroom. We are happy to work with any type of materials regardless of price.

Bathroom Renovation I Payment

We have a two stage payment system for all our bathroom renovation projects. Usually, we will charge a 50% deposit to cover the cost of the materials and all skips or waste removal services required. The last 50% will be paid upon completion of work. Any extra work requested by the customer will incur additional charges. Alex Property Services accepts EFT, card payment, Revolut or cash.
